The cross-cutting work package 0 will provide for appropriate project management (e.g., regarding financial and administrative matters), project coordination and establish communication efforts that will be implemented throughout the project’s life-time. The work in WP0 is structured on 2 sub-WP’s:
· WP0.1 will manage the financial and administrative aspects of the project and support the scientific coordination. This cross-cutting work package will allow for appropriate management practices. This WP will be responsible to create guidelines for researchers travelling and for the hosts.
· WP0.2 secures the coordination. This is done so by opening and maintaining a series of meetings in order to follow-up the progress of the project and to plan any needed adjustment.
